Effective date: 12 May 2026. These terms govern your use of Garud services, including booking, driver-partner operations, and payment workflows.

1. Service Scope

Garud provides on-demand intra-city and scheduled logistics services through independent delivery partners and supported fleet categories.

2. Account and Eligibility

You are responsible for accurate account details, valid contact number ownership, and lawful use of the platform. Garud may suspend accounts for misuse, fraud, or policy violations.

3. Booking and Fulfillment

Quoted fares are estimates based on route, vehicle type, taxes, and applicable platform charges. Final fare may include waiting or cancellation charges as per configured policy.

4. Payments and Wallet

Payments are processed via supported gateways and wallet mechanisms. Final payment confirmation is server-verified and cannot be completed solely from client-side callbacks.

5. Safety and Tracking

Live tracking access uses secure tokenized links with expiration. Unauthorized sharing, scraping, or misuse of location data is prohibited.

6. Liability and Claims

Where insurance is enabled and selected at booking, claims are handled under configured windows and verification requirements. Garud may request supporting evidence before resolution.

7. Policy Updates

Garud may update terms as features evolve. Continued use after updates indicates acceptance of the revised Terms of Service.
