We collect account details, booking metadata, location pings for active trips, payment references, and support communications needed to deliver logistics services.

2. How We Use Data

Data is used for order matching, route tracking, ETA estimation, billing, safety workflows, fraud prevention, and customer support operations.

3. Location and Tracking

Live location is captured only for active service contexts. Public tracking relies on tokenized and revocable links, and tracking records are periodically cleaned based on retention rules.

4. Payments and Security

Sensitive payment data is processed by payment gateways. Garud enforces server-side payment verification, strict order ownership checks, and signed callback validation.

5. Data Sharing

We share limited trip data with assigned drivers, trusted contacts (during safety share/SOS), and service providers required for core operations.

6. Data Retention

Order and financial records are retained for legal and operational compliance. Real-time tracking nodes are automatically cleaned after configured retention windows.

7. User Rights

You may request profile updates, data corrections, or support escalations through official Garud support channels.
